1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY.

1. What is covered

iQ Power Tools warrants its equipment to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects under normal use and service for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

During the warranty period, iQ Power Tools will, at its discretion, repair or replace parts or components determined to have manufacturing defects, including applicable repair labor. Coverage is subject to inspection and approval by iQ Power Tools.

2. What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, or consumable items worn through ordinary use.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, improper operation, or failure to follow the product operating and maintenance instructions.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
• Damage sustained during shipping or handling.
• Components covered by a separate manufacturer warranty, which are subject to that manufacturer terms.

3. How to request warranty service

Call iQ Power Tools at 888-274-7744 with your proof of purchase, product model, serial number, and a description of the issue. Our support team will help evaluate the machine and give you instructions for service.

Please contact us before shipping equipment for repair so we can authorize the service location and avoid unnecessary freight.

4. Register your equipment

Register your saw so your purchase date, model, and serial number are on file. Registration makes future warranty and parts requests faster, and it also offers an optional SMART+ extended coverage plan.

5. Service locations

Authorized service is available through our service center network and through our own service team. If there is no service center near you, call us and we will arrange shipping instructions or a replacement parts order.

6. Blades, parts, and accessories

Blades, filters, and replacement parts carry their own standard wear coverage, which does not extend past the point of normal consumption. Parts are available for purchase through our dealer network and our online store.
