Dealers / Boar Hog Diamond Tools on iQ Pro Funnel. iQ Power Tools was started by third generation masons who ran masonry companies.
iQ Power Tools manufactures dry-cut masonry saws, tile saws, cyclonic HEPA dust extractors, and Q-Drive diamond blades. Cutting is done dry, with dust captured at the blade instead of carried in water or left in the air.
Independent air monitoring conducted by ALS Global Environmental Laboratory showed operator respirable crystalline silica exposures below OSHA's 50 µg/m³ permissible exposure limit when iQ saws are used with their integrated dust collection systems as intended. Employers may use the objective data and exposure assessment provisions of OSHA 29 CFR 1926.1153. Read the silica dust compliance guide , the silicosis overview , or build a dust control plan .
